כֶּרֶם רְבָעִי, בֵּית שַׁמַּאי אוֹמְרִים, אֵין לוֹ חֹמֶשׁ וְאֵין לוֹ בִעוּר. וּבֵית הִלֵּל אוֹמְרִים, יֶשׁ לוֹ. בֵּית שַׁמַּאי אוֹמְרִים, יֶשׁ לוֹ פֶרֶט וְיֶשׁ לוֹ עוֹלְלוֹת, וְהָעֲנִיִּים פּוֹדִין לְעַצְמָן. וּבֵית הִלֵּל אוֹמְרִים, כֻּלּוֹ לַגָּת:
[Con respecto a] Kerem Revai : Beit Shammai dice que no requiere un quinto adicional [cuando se canjea] y no requiere ser eliminado. Beit Hillel dice que sí. Beit Shammai dice que requiere Peret [uvas caídas dadas a los pobres] y Olelot [uvas que no crecen en racimos y se les da a los pobres], y los pobres lo canjean por sí mismos. Beit Hillel dice que todo va al prensa de vino.

Second tithe: one may not sell it, use it as a pledge, exchange it, or use it as a weight. One may not say to his friend [even] in Jerusalem: “Here is [second tithe] wine, give me [in exchange] oil, and the same with all other produce. But people may give it to one another as a free gift.
